Sunset Blu, Hilton Colombo’s latest venture, launched on 17 December. Situated at the Hilton poolside, it’s the ideal location for this club, with the high-rise buildings, the waterfront, 
Sunset Blue features an exquisite menu, where you can choose from a range of oven-fresh pizzas, soups, grills, whatever you desire. The drinks menu is no simple affair either; Sunset Blu’s very own mixologist has curated a variety of cocktails using local spirits to suit local taste buds.
The club also boasts a snooker table, a foosball table, a dartboard, and many more games, so you stay entertained while enjoying your food and drinks. The massive TVs lining the walls of the establishment allow you to catch the current game that’s happening live, while enjoying the night with friends and family.
The club is constructed to feature a 360-degree concept. On one side, you get the lounge by the entrance, where there’s also the beds and deck chairs by the pool; if you want more of a relaxed atmosphere, you can choose to sit by the game room – wherever you choose, you are promised comfort and amicable service.
