Kami Maki has innovated and perfected fusion Japanese cuisine in Sri Lanka. From their signature rice burgers to their Sri Lankan fusion makis and their sushi doughnuts, Kami Maki has set a trend for all to follow. With so much to show in terms of achievements, Kami Maki celebrates nine years in the industry. A firm favourite amongst Japanese food lovers, Kami Maki has created a great vibe, especially amongst the younger citizenry of Colombo.

Having introduced a new dimension of fusion to traditional Japanese cuisine, Kami Maki has gained a loyal following over the years and has grown in leaps and bounds to serve its growing customer base.

Kami Maki held an intimate gathering recently to mark their anniversary. The evening was a whirlwind of cocktails and sushi – both made in-house, with a signature Lankan twist. Kami Maki dazzled guests with their sushi cake, offering many different varieties of sushi and sashimi. There was also an endless plate of Japanese entrées.

The innovative fusion menu served at Kami Maki includes traditional favourites – sashimi, sushi, tempura, and teriyaki alongside adventurous signature creations such as the Kami Maki rice burger range.
