Kami Maki has innovated and perfected fusion Japanese cuisine in Sri Lanka. Kami Maki held an intimate gathering recently to mark their anniversary. The evening was a whirlwind of cocktails and sushi – both made in-house, with a signature Lankan twist. Kami Maki dazzled guests with their sushi cake, offering many different varieties of sushi and sashimi. There was also an endless plate of Japanese entrées.
The innovative fusion menu served at Kami Maki includes traditional favourites – sashimi, sushi, tempura, and teriyaki alongside adventurous signature creations such as the Kami Maki rice burger range.
