- Exhibition to be held until 8 January 2023
The local art scene has been bustling these past few weeks, with the sector – which was badly affected by the Covid-19 pandemic in terms of events and exhibitions – slowly regaining life. One of the latest exhibitions that aesthetes can make their way to is a joint effort by nine artists at The Barefoot Loft.
Located at the Barefoot Gallery Colombo on Galle Road, Colombo 3, the gallery will display select work by the artists until 8 January 2023.
The exhibition opened on 9 December, showcasing the work of Chaminda Gamage, Dominic Sansoni, Kingsley Gunatillake, Prageeth Rathnayake, Ruwan Prasanga, Sanjeewa Kumara, Sujeewa Kumari, Saman Liyanage, and Vikum Bandara. Given that the nine artists work with different media, the collection on display at Barefoot Gallery caters to the unique tastes of art enthusiasts.
