BBC’s Good Food report has presented that the majority of the world population are looking towards healthy living, a meat free diet and new cuisines.
What has helped Sri Lanka’s rise to the top has been the huge demand for curry as Britain’s most popular take-away food in the recent past.
‘Restaurants such as London’s Hoppers, mini chain The Coconut Tree and the success of the M&S Taste Asia range have put Sri Lankan food on the brink of a breakthrough’ is what the report had to say.
