NDTV’s coverage of ‘Celebrate Colombo’ organised by Colombo Fashion Week(CFW) and Sri Lanka Tourism has won an award at the prestigious Indian Television Academy Awards ceremony.
NDTV covered the ‘Celebrate Colombo’ creative festival in a 30-minute prime time special to showcase the vibrant arts, fashion, tourism and culture of Sri Lanka, an in particular the hospitality and resilience of Sri Lankans to come together and organize a creative festival of this magnitude.

Celebrate Colombo brought together Sri Lanka’s creative industries in Art, Fashion, Food and Music/Film to showcase Sri Lanka as a vibrant and lively city and attract tourists back to the island post the unfortunate events in April 2019.
