Taj Samudra presents ‘Paranthe Wali Galli’

Taj Samudra Colombo recently presented an Indian street food festival titled “Paranthe Wali Galli”. The 11-day Indian food festival was pure indulgence and the place to be for any Indian food lover. Meticulously curated by master chef Chauhan of Navratna and master chef Qureshi from Lucknow, India – the Golden City of the East – the festival was a hit, seeing many food lovers flocking to the festival.

“Paranthe Wali Galli” presented an exotic array of parathas and kebabs, such as mutton chapli kebab, boti kebabs, tawa chicken, tawa fish, chicken/fish/green peas paratha, and Lucknowi biryani, and there was a variety of Indian drinks to indulge in as well.

Look out for the next festival to experience some of the fun.
